CLOSURE OF THE PUBLIC INQUIRY
The Public Inquiry opened on 9 October 2012. The proceedings
were largely completed by Thursday 19 October, but the Inspector
could not close the inquiry because of an outstanding issue in
relation to an exchange land proposal included in the draft Order.
This matter has now been resolved. The application for an exchange
land certificate in relation to the land at Lavrock Lane, Croxley
is no longer required, and the relevant parts of the draft Order
have been amended accordingly. The Inspector has now closed the
inquiry. The Inspector will write his report and forward to the
Secretary of State. The decision once received will be posted
here.
INQUIRY
The Inquiry will commence on Tuesday 9th October 2012
and is scheduled to last for three weeks but it is anticipated that
it will only take two weeks.
It is being held in the Elton Suite at Watford Football Club,
Vicarage Road, Watford, WD18 0ER.
