The Department of Transport (DfT) has announced proposed government funding programme for the various transport schemes. Croxley Rail Link is included within the 'pre-qualification group' of projects where DfT will be undertaking further analysis as in their view these projects either need "further appraisal" or they have "not yet been fully evaluated." They will determine by January 2011 which of these schemes can enter the development group.…
