The Secretary of State has appointed Mr A N Pykett BSc (Hons) PhD MRTPI as inspector to conduct the inquiry into the Transport and Works Order application for the proposed Croxley Rail Link Order. He will open the inquiry at 10.00am on Tuesday 9 October 2012 at Watford Football Club, Vicarage Road, Watford, Herts WD18 0ER
