Scheme Partners
The Croxley Rail Link is being championed by Hertfordshire
County Council (HCC), in partnership with Transport
for London (TfL) /London Underground (LU), and Network
Rail (NR).
HCC is leading the scheme with the full
commitment of LU to develop and operate the service. A project
board with HCC, TfL/ LU, and NR (who own the operational lines
between Watford High Street and Watford Junction that will be
utilised by part of the proposed route) has been
established to run the programme in partnership.
Watford Borough Council and Three Rivers
District Council are also fully committed to the delivery of
this infrastructure investment and the benefits to the local
communities.
